Health assistance includes medical, ophthalmic, and dental services; insurance coverage for life and total or temporary disability; under the pension program, Samsung adds 100% of the first 3% of pension savings and 50% of the next 3% for employees of any level.

Social package in Ukraine

In recent years, Ukrainian companies have significantly expanded their social packages. This is not surprising since offering tea and coffee in the office no longer surprises anyone ;) In the fight for more qualified personnel, prestigious companies strive to provide competitive employment conditions, taking care not only of working conditions but also of the physical, emotional, professional, and spiritual development of employees.
