An active participant in military operations is a person who is a member of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, the National Guard of Ukraine, the National Police of Ukraine, territorial defense or other voluntary armed and/or military formations.
The stay of the Insured Person, including on a volunteer basis, in the combat zone is also considered active participation.
The zone of hostilities is considered to be the territory that was officially included in the list of territorial communities that are located in the area of military operations or that are under temporary occupation, encirclement on the date of occurrence of the insured event. Other participation of a person in military operations, or his inaction of a person (passive participation), including staying in the territory where martial law has been introduced, is considered “Passive participation of a person in military operations”, which is covered by the Insurance Contract.
The agreement is valid on the territory of all countries of the world, except for certain territories of Ukraine, which are officially included in the list of territorial communities that are under temporary occupation, encirclement (blockade), 24 hours a day.
The insurance contract can be issued for 1 to 12 months.
In order to conclude an employee life insurance contract, it is necessary to submit only the Application for insurance, certified by the signature of the manager and the seal of the enterprise.

The sum insured is a sum of money within which the Insurer, in accordance with the terms of insurance specified in the Contract, is obliged to make a payment in the event of an insured event.

When concluding a corporate life insurance contract, the insurance premiums that the company will pay are included in the gross costs. There is an option when the main payment under the Agreement is paid by the company, and the tax charged on the contribution is paid by the employee.
You can split the payment as you see fit. For example, 50/50 or 70/30.
Payment under the insurance contract is received by the Beneficiary specified in the Insurance Contract. In most cases, this is the Insured person under the Contract. In case of loss of life – the person specified in the Insurance Contract or the legal heirs.
Payments will be taxed in accordance with the requirements of the Tax Code of Ukraine.
